AFCEA and Defcon Technologies Group

Defcon Technologies Group is pleased to announce that Managing Director, Nick Stokes, BSc (Hons) MBA MAICD, has been appointed President of AFCEA’s Australian Chapter.

A former RF Comms Engineer Nick has been an AFCEA member for many years and takes over following the recent retirement of Colonel Lewis Coyle.

Established  in  1998,  Defcon  Technologies  provides  combat-proven  ’emerging technologies’ in tactical communications and related capabilities to the ANZ region’s government agencies tasked with defence, security and law enforcement. It has done this by building collaborative long-term relationships with key stakeholders in government and supply partners in NATO,FVEY, EUR and NORDIC countries; to source, deliver, enhance and support world-class capabilities from some of the world’s leading innovators.

Defcon Technologies will be representing AFCEA at the upcoming MILCIS expo in Canberra 22-24 February at Canberra’s National Convention centre. We look forward to welcoming prospective new members. Come and visit us at booths 19 – 21.
